Specific Information

TCR2055 targets TCR Delta TCS1 in FACS applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.

The TCR2055 immunogen is human TCR Vdelta1-Jdelta2.

TCR2055 detects TCR Delta TCS1 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 127 kDa.

Washing step with 0.1% Tween is necessary to expose antigen.
